Croyde – Saunton Down – Baggy Point – Middleborough Hill – Croyde

This walk forms a loose figure-of-eight around Croyde, showing you some wonderful coastal scenery, as well as overlooking Saunton Sands and Braunton Burrows and rounding Baggy Point, with some inland walking to give variety. This walk can easily be shortened by half, by returning to Croyde from the beach. Only if you suffer badly from vertigo should the Baggy Point section be omitted.

Well, we did most of this work. Unfortunately, we forgot all about the walk after having lunch at the NT café on the way back down baggy point. This is a very special walk - fantastic views and great paths. Thanks. My photos at http://mappiman.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/31313-boing-boing-baggy-point.html
