Climb up to Patrishow Church to see the finest rood screen in Wales (find the dragon) and the Figure of Time. Drop down to the valley and climb up again to Dial Garreg (the Revenge Stone). This marks the spot where the Norman Marcher Lord, Richard de Clare, was attacked and killed by Morgan ap Owen in 1135. Twyn y Gaer is a fine Iron Age fort with extensive views.
