Bosayne Guest House

On the north coast of Cornwall in the village of Tintagel sits Bosayne Guest House. Bosayne is a family run eco-friendly B&B and hold Gold Award with the Green Tourism Business Scheme,and operate a as carbon neutral business. It’s run the home of The Walker family Julie, Keith and their two children.

Bosayne lies only 200 metres from the rolling waves of the Atlantic, as they crash on idyllic beaches. Inside you are warmly welcomed into comfortable surroundings. The Edwardian house has eight bedrooms, all have remote control colour TVs, hospitality tray stocked with Fairtrade products, radio-alarm clock, Faith in Nature toiletries, mini-coolers, towels and hairdryer; most are en-suite. Rooms at the front of the property have commanding sea views over the rugged coast, whereas rooms to the rear stare over the picturesque rolling countryside of Bodmin Moor.
Free WiFi connection is available throughout the house.

The quaint village of Tintagel is only two minutes walk away and is itself steeped in history and folklore. King Arthur’s legendary Castle is the main drawing point for tourists in the area. The English Heritage Site sits perched on the cliff-tops and according to legend is the site visited by Arthur and Merlin the Magician.

This is an ideal touring base for the surrounding area, the rest of Cornwall and parts of Devon. In close proximity are Bossiney Cove and Trebarwith Strand. Both are great bathing and surfing beaches. Outdoor enthusiasts will find walking and cycling routes crossing the countryside and trailing the sea on coastal paths. Bosayne is only 22 miles from the famous Eden Project and a little further to the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Before embarking on all that Cornwall has to offer, you will be treated to an excellent hearty breakfast using local produce vegetarian alternatives), using many local and homemade items. Packed lunches are also available as an optional extra.

At the end of the day relax in the guest lounge and watch Sky TV, DVDs or videos, read a book or play board games to unwind.

Bosayne has a car park to the rear, offering 5 spaces to guests. There is also ample on street parking to the front. Cyclists are catered for with lockable storage at the rear.
