Gentle Rutland countryside, the small village of Lyndon and its Hall, Wing Maze and a pretty section along the lakeside of Rutland Water, all make this a pleasant walk, with the only negative a ten-minute walk along a road.

Pleasant walk with pretty much a third of it walking alongside Rutland Walk. As already mentioned not great walking on the Manton Road at point 4. There is very little grass verge to walk on nowadays. The walk overall has a lovely countryside views though all be it I found Wing Maze a little underwhelming.

Wow what a wonderful walk, the views were breath-taking on such a lovely sunny day. The only down part was the walk alongside a fairly busy road into Edith Weston. Very easy route to follow. Would love to walk this again in the future. Helen Wakefield
