From the attractive little port-resort of Portpatrick in the Rhins of Galloway area of Wigtownshire, this walk plunges into the cool green depths of Dunskey Glen, following the Dunskey Burn as it burbles down to the sea. The route returns to Portpatrick by way of two lovely, contrasting bays and along the clifftops, with superb views. This has to be my favourite short walk!
