Starting at Abbey Field, use a few roads and paths to reach Middlewick MoD Ranges. Walk through fields to arrive at Donyland Heath. Pass through the quiet woods into Donyland Woods. Walk through the woods on excellent paths, take a short walk beside a road to enter Man Woods and then more fields and paths to reach Friday Woods. After passing through there, you walk on a lovely path through Berechurch Hall Camp. The final section is on a long path (Brechurch Dyke) and a few roads back to Abbey Field.
