This walk starts at the road junction to Compton Wynyates and Brailes, takes the road to Compton Wynyates and then goes over field-paths towards Brailes, eventually crossing the Brailes to Tysoe road and climbing Bailey Hill in Brailes, descending to Upper Brailes and the Gate Inn. Leaving the pub to the right, it goes down Castle Hill road past the junction and across field-paths back to the junction near Agdon Spinney.
