Near Tain, Easter Ross, this walk explores the Aldie Burn as it flows through mixed woodland containing many stately old Scots pines. A wildlife pond and ruined croft are added interest. The trail has been made suitable for wheelchairs, as is a shorter loop within the longer one. A good family walk with dog and no special footwear is needed.
