Save Our Footpaths - get off the beaten track, this circular walk is along footpaths and over stiles which are not often used, like the one in the photo. Although there are some roads to trudge down, much of the route is along farm tracks and footpaths. You will be walking over several fields of crops and also some meadows where you are likely to find cows in the summer months. The walk is very flat and you are unlikely to come across any other walkers except for the odd person travelling your way who is probably another 'Walkingworld' walker following the same route. There are numerous stiles and some have no balancing pole but there was only one broken one. However, there is one brand new stile that even has a lifting dog gate. Finding visible footpaths is rare and often the route is slightly different from the map. You will need to have some navigation skills if you are not using the App.

The walk is probably most suitable for teenagers, senior citizens and anyone in-between. Excellent for dogs that can be lifted over stiles, but hopeless for wheelchairs and buggies. Suitable footwear will be anything flat soled will but boots will be best and there should be no problems for anyone wearing shorts. Unfortunately, on this walk there are no facilities of any sort.
