ONLY ATTEMPT THIS WALK TWO HOURS EITHER SIDE OF LOW WATER.
On this walk you have the chance to view the magnificent cliffs to the east of Amroth, past the start / end of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The return along the beach is great, but there is no escape route if the tide comes right in.
