The walk quickly leaves the village of Badwell Ash and takes to footpaths and tracks into the countryside. Throughout it is well-signposted and navigation is therefore easy. The village of Stowlangtoft is briefly encountered as the walk loops back to Badwell Ash through well-maintained paddocks and grassy paths.
