This walk is almost entirely along well-defined paths and tracks with four stiles, none of them difficult. Starting from Bedfield, you pass the splendid Bedfield Hall with its beautiful garden and pond, then walk along a mile and a quarter of good track to Tannington Place. A gorgeous green lane bridleway takes you to the large village of Worlingworth. You skirt round the village on good farmland paths, to return to Bedfield along well-maintained tracks. There is no functioning pub on the line of the walk.

Excellent walk, good paths. Beware of the usual maniac drivers in the 30mph limit road at Newtown. Is this a Suffolk thing?
