Starting at the sizeable village of Belton, there is a short road section, which is quickly passed, before heading out into farmland on a bridleway towards the picturesque Fritton Decoy Nature Reserve. The lively village of Lound is soon reached before joining the Angles Way at the isolated Ashby Church. After a walk along a country lane and a change of scenery, we again cross the shallow valley at Fritton and walk back to the start along deeply cut bridleways.
Those looking for an extension could easily combine this with Walk 6715, St Olave's and Fritton, to add to the varied scenery by taking in a lovely section along the River Waveney.
