From the start we briefly ramble down a country lane before heading up the lovely Benimussa Valley to reach the ecological centre Casita Verde (see additional information). From here we continue upwards along a quiet lane, enjoying stunning views over the surrounding countryside and out to sea over San Antonio. Before long we climb again through pinewoods before descending to join another quiet country lane. We divert again briefly across country to reach our original outward route and are soon back at the start.

Proof walked 11 Feb 2019. There has been interference with the original track at way mark 5 and a brief new route has had to be described. This results in way mark 5 being 40m out of place. I have improved some of the text and added a couple of new pictures. The walk remains a lovely country ramble and is highly recommended. Jim Arymar.
