Beginning at the ferry ramp at Bodinnick, we have a short, steep climb up the lane that will connect us with the lovely footpath that follows the coastline above the estuary and the Pont Pill creek. The views are stunning. From Pont we have a truly wonderful ramble through woods, following a stream before we emerge into open farming countryside. We have a short stretch along the little road through the quaintly named Lanteglos Highway before we descend to the quay near Mixtow. Another stretch of timeless countryside brings us back to the lane that leads down to the ferry ramp, conveniently close to the Old Ferry Inn.
