This walk follows the Afon Cynfal through farmland before climbing up to a shoulder with a view of the 300ft waterfall at the head of the valley. The return route passes two viewpoints with wonderfull views of the mountains and out to the bay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this walk once we found the start point. The phone box has gone and the instructions assume that you are approaching from Ffestiniog.
