The walk starts in the West yorkshire village of Brockholes, through houses and across the railway by bridge to climb up a footpath to Cliff Top, with great views down the valley below. Then it follows above the rail line and under the railway to Honley, finishing at the rail station. There are good paths and quiet lanes. The climb up to Cliff Top is fairly steep, but worth it for the view.
