We begin following the coast a short way before joining the coastal path briefly. Next we walk up a beautiful wooded valley to reach the fascinating, historic and quirky Melinsey Mil (April to October). From here our way takes us into picturesque and delightful Veryan before we have a cross-country section to reach spectacular and interesting Nare Head. The last part of the walk takes us along the beautiful coastal path again briefly to arrive back at the start.
