With an ancient castle and five of the Ochil Hills giving extensive panoramas over the Forth Valley and north towards the Grampians, incorporating some lesser-walked areas and pathless sectors, there is constant interest. A visit to Castle Campbell can be included. In snowy conditions, this can prove a really demanding outing.
