This is only a short walk around the beautiful village of Cavendish on the Suffolk / Essex border. It starts off at the lovely village church and heads past The Five Bells Pub to join a field-path leading you to Cavendish Mill. The path heads over the River Stour and joins a path leading east towards Pentlow Mill. This mill is far superior to Cavendish. This 18th Century mill remains in good condition and is a beautiful building.
The path leads along part of the River Stour on the opposite side to the mill before crossing into the main village and returning to the church.
