This is a short but interesting walk above the familiar seaside landscape of Colwyn Bay, one to which very few visitors find their way. It is difficult to appreciate how steeply the ground rises from the shore if your holiday is spent on the beach, but from the heights of this walk you will be able to catch tantalising glimpses of the town, the sea and the pier far below you. If you want a longer walk with a good climb, then you could park in the town and walk up Pwllycrochan Road.
