A lovely dales walk from the Danby Visitors' Centre, with its shop, exhibition and cafe. The walk takes you over the railway line and through fields to reach Danby Castle. The walk the continues up into Little Fryupdale, one of the more picturesque dales on the North York Moors.

The walk may be shortened by turning left at Waymark 6. This will take you directly to Duck Bridge, cutting out the walk through Little Fryupdale.

A lovely walk which we did in January 2018.

We walked this in early January 2005. It's a great walk, with excellent views. The ground can be very wet and muddy in places at this time of the year.

Surpasses all comments made on the views. An excellent introductory walk for this area. I would definitely do it again.
