This walk in an area not often walked, gives access to wonderful and unusual views. It is not often that you see Twmbarlwm and the Black Mountains in one long view. King's Wood is rich in birdlife and wildflowers, as it is mixed woodland. The river meadows can be damp, but most of the footpaths are good and because many paths are bridleways, there are more gates than stiles!
