Down the Calder River

A linear walk along the Calder River from the high moors of Cold Fell to Calderbridge. Two cars may be needed or some form of transport along the Cold Fell road from Calderbridge, which forms the boundary of the National Park. The Calder Valley is a quiet and very pleasant place. Near the village of Calderbridge is Calder Abbey.
