A short walk in Lewes which feels like a proper downland walk without the usual steep, 100m-plus ascent. There is a short, steep descent and a little climbing to be done, but both can be avoided. Also some walking over tree-roots. Despite the lack of height there are good views of Lewes and the Ouse Valley.
