The first part of this walk is along Weavers Way and it takes you through a butterfly reserve; the rest of the route is along quiet country lanes and field edges. If these are overgrown, then contact Mr Peter Dugdale, Public Rights of Way Officer, Norfolk County Council, Planning & Transport Dept., County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk NR1 2SG.
There is an excellent pub at Banningham, The Crown Inn, which is open seven days a week and on Sat and Sun is open all day.

Scenic and enjoyable springtime walk. Weavers Way now in an avenue of ancient trees. Bannington has lovely church and excellent pub. Then some water meadows and finally farmland. All so varied. Walked it direct from the Walkingworld phone App which was easy and reliable. All very 'normal for Norfolk' ie nothing spectacular but peaceful, natural and not to be hurried.
