The Vale of Evesham is the location for this level walk, which passes by or through several orchards. The views throughout are pleasant rather than spectacular and for once the chief glory of the walk is man-made: the beautiful black-and-white cottages for which this part of the country is noted. Of course, the very best time to tackle this route would be springtime, when the fruit-trees are in blossom.
