From where we parked close to the N232 road north of Morella, we begin with an easy ramble along a quiet country lane with the most huge panoramas across farming land. Next we descend through pine woods to reach a valley bottom before climbing out and beginning to walk south through rich cattle country. As we approach Font d’en Torres we have the opportunity to branch off to walk down via the little ecological enclosure to reach the rugged canyon bottom and the Cove del Gingle. This adds a couple of kilometres to the walk but the beauty and interest are worth it. Soon we are at the wonderful country guest house Font d’en Torres and can visit the little Hermitage at the back of it. Moving on we next arrive at the magical Font de L’Esperanca, such a lovely and peaceful place. A rather unwelcome climb now awaits us but, once we are at the top it is an easy ramble back along the quiet country road back to our car.
