Formentor - Na Blanca Circular

Starting from a large covered car park we make our way down and along the beautifully unspoilt beaches of this lovely area. Soon the island of Formentor is in view and we begin our ascent from the outskirts of the famous and exclusive Formentor Hotel. Now we face a climb of around an hour as we zig zag steadily up through woods to the summit of Na Blanca at 327 m. From here the views are simply stunning along the rugged coastline of the island. Choose a clear day for this hike. When we can drag ourselves away, we head north east negotiating a tricky descent before reaching a wide and easy track. From now on the hike is an easy descent along wide tracks that will soon return us to the car park we started out from.
