This is a very pleasant walk using tracks and country lanes, going across meadows and through the two very old and attractive villages of Foulsham and Foxley. There two pubs en route.

Completed this walk on 11 August, a blisteringly hot day so very grateful for any shade I could find. To reach the bridge mentioned section 1 you need to walk around the field edge as markers have been removed. The rest of the walk was pretty straightforward. Queens Head in Foulsham only open from 17.00pm these days. The Navigator Pub in Foxley was demolished in 2013 so an end of walk pint sadly no longer possible. If choosing this walk mid winter it may be very difficult to navigate the the stretch before section 8, it was still a little damp in mid August. Generally a nice country walk.

A lovely walk, completed 20.3.12. Agree with the earlier comment about mud on part of the walk! Fields had been planted betweem markers 1 and 2, but footpath markers were missing, we walked where we thought the path should be. We started and finished at the Queen's Head in Foulsham, and rang to arrange parking there before hand, and had an excellent lunch there after the walk. We also detoured in Foxley woods.

An easy walk completed 17/01/2012 but section 7-8 became extremely muddy and virtually impassible in places. It is possible to walk in the left hand field for some of the way.
