This is another in my lockdown series that starts near my home and uses old footpaths and quiet roads where possible to reach points of interest. In this case it goes along College Avenue parallel to the railway to St Luke's Church by the pinewoods. Percy French is buried here having died in a friend's house on College Avenue. The return is across the fields of Larkfield back to Freshfield Station. In better times the walk may be started at the church or at either station.
