This is a walk on the easy side of moderate, yet another in the beautiful Galloway Forest Park. Today's route encircles Larg Hill and uses some of the well-walked tracks and trails around Kirroughtree, together with other, less-frequented paths.
The walk has been rewritten as a result of Forestry Commission Scotland's recent operations in the area. The route does not include Kirroughtree Visitor Centre.
