This largely flat walk begins and ends on the Wirral Way, a linear country park and goes through some lovely farmland. A short detour brings you to Hadlow Station, which has a restored waiting-room, ticket office and signal box, reminders of the old line; and to the outskirts of Willaston Village with its tea room and pub.

Jim Grindle 21/Jan/2012 There is nothing to stop you doing as Paul suggests, but the right of way along the farm track stops at Waymark 15 and if you continue on the track you will be trespassing. I think it highly unlikely that you will be challenged, but if you are will you do us all a favour and not mention Walkingworld!

Point 15 and 16 - there is no need to look for a stile, simply carry on up the road, and turn left onto the tarmac farm drive of point 17. (The building work appears to be a farm shop).
