Wildlife and birds abound and there is also varied plantlife. A visit to St Botolph's Church can be included and after the walk through the forest you can see the wonderful variety of attractions at Snape Maltings. These include an internationally famous concert hall, a sculpture and galleries full of furniture, books, pictures, crafts, antiques and food. There is a restaurant and even a small garden centre.

Lovely walk on a stunning January day. Estuary views and forest walking were beautiful. Instructions very clear. Would be easy to extend the walk in Tunstall forest as the map shows several alternative paths but we'll leave that for a warmer day!

Perhaps not correction but clarification at notes 5 - If you do not want to visit church etc when you reach the road, turn right.
