Follow the waymarked trail round the Invertromie section of the RSPB Insh Marshes Reserve.

The Invertromie Trail follows the edge of a gravel outwash plain, then a series of riverside meadows which are outstanding for their flora, returning to the start over a heather moor being eaten up by birch woodland and farm fields.

The early part of the walk includes visits to an information centre and two hides overlooking the marshes. Paths are good and there are splendid views to the Monadhliath Mountains and across the Insh Marshes.
