This will be the first in a series of circular walks centred on the Mortimer Trail, which runs from Ludlow to Kington. The walks will be mainly on high ground but will visit hill-forts in the area. This walk utilises Offa's Dyke Long-distance Path and reaches about 1,200 feet with views in every direction, as well as visiting part of the original dyke.

Walked 27/05/2024 - Lovely walk with great views. We got a little confused around Waymarks 5 and 6 where the field/stiles might have changed since the walk was published. Not a big issue and we got onto the Mortimer Trail slightly further along than point 6. A few stiles have no dog gate so some dog lifting required.

Fab walk. A good climb, great views & no crowds!
