Follow the South Cheshire Way across some great countryside, then walk along the Trent and Mersey Canal to join the Macclesfield Canal and rejoin the SCW back to Little Moreton Hall.

When you get to waymark 19 it seems pointless to carry on to the next bridge. Most of the walkers we met turned off the towpath and continued on the SCW to Little Moreton Hall as the dispute seems to be settled.
