Loch Gruinart Nature Reserve is cared for by the RSPB. This walk combines two short routes set out by the RSPB, one onto the moorland and the other in woodland alongside the loch.
Optional extensions to the woodland walk can be made to hides at the edge of the loch, from which a wide variety of birds can be seen.
The visitor centre at Aoradh, just south of the car park where the walk starts, has interesting displays and a 'make your own' tea or coffee machine.
