Underneath the towering peak of Creagh Megaidh and the magnificent cliffs of Choire Ardrair lies the beautiful, tranquil Lochan A' Choirie. This is a walk that is walkable by all, not just Munro baggers. The walk takes you along well-waymarked paths from the visitors' centre to the shores of this magical place. It's a walk that almost demands a picnic.

On the opposite side of the loch is Ardverikie House, better known to millions as Glenbogle, from 'Monarch of the Glen' (not open to the public).

Experienced walkers wishing to try for the summit should download Walk 6429.
