Starting at London Liverpool Street station, this circular walk has so much variety to offer. After passing through the city you join the Thames path at London Bridge and follow it shortly beside The Tower of London and under Tower Bridge before arriving at St Katherine's Dock. Pass through here admiring the stunning boats and yachts and then use back street roads through the districts of Wapping, Shadwell and Ratcliff before arriving at Limehouse Basin. Follow a short section through here and more roads before passing through Mile End Park with it's extensive range of sporting facilities to arrive at Mile End Road. You then follow a lengthy section along this road passing through Stepney Green and through Whitechapel Market, before turning off and following a section of the famous Brick Lane, and few other roads back to the station.
There are numerous places for refreshments and plenty of other places to visit, and apart from Whitechapel Market, there is a market along Brick Lane on a Sunday.
