The route is along part of the long distance path Angles Way and also uses paths belonging to the Broads Authority. There are fine views on this walk, with spring and summer flowers in the banks. The walk is along tree-lined tracks, field edges and country lanes.

Note from Adrian Perkins: After a period of heavy rain, two stretches of this walk, one of them substantial, can become flooded, making the walk quite hard (though not impossible) to negotiate.
