A circular walk visiting a river valley and interesting beach before returning via the beautiful coast path.
After a walk into a wooded valley with a stream, we emerge on the coast at Millook Haven with its fascinating rock strata in the cliff. We then return by the coast path with its wonderful views of this North Cornwall coast.
