This circular walk starts at Moreton-in-Marsh, a busy market town. The first section to Blockley is via the Monarch's Way, with fine views of the surrounding countryside; the return is on minor roads and lonely footpaths through unspoilt scenery.

Great walk but tough going in wet conditions. Overall distance was 8.5 miles not 7 as quoted. Not sure how the distances are done for the walks - 'as the crow flies'?
