This walk is across a range of pleasantly rolling hills around Murat. A lot of the fields are left to wildflowers and others have cows grazing. There are good panoramic views from the tops, especially as the walk goes along one ridge. There are several little-used paths on this walk and you are likely to have the area to yourself. I saw birds of prey and deer (amongst other wildlife).
There is no food or drink (not even a fountain) on the walk.
