Starting at the little town of Mylor Bridge, near Truro, we begin by taking a footpath north from the old quay. This takes us through lovely Cornish countryside and at the top, we reach Restronguet Barton. Passing a restored whim (see additional information), we descend steeply a quiet country lane which quickly brings us to the banks of the Restronguet Creek. If we wish to visit the famous and very popular Pandora Inn, we go left and follow the footpath for about 600m to reach it, afterwards returning the way we came and now continuing along a lovely way following the creek all the way back to the Old Quay at Mylor Bridge.

Walked this on 9th June 2018. A lovely walk, easy to follow, with lots of interesting things to see along the way. Some of the pathways bring to mind Middle Earth … you might almost meet Frodo or Galdalf! Worth walking past the Pandora Pub, to further explore the beauty and quiet surroundings of Restronguet Creek. We arrived at the pub in the late morning, and it was quiet. But when we returned 45 minutes later, it was rammed! But great beer (Trelawney).
