The first part of the walk is along the Cardigan Coast Path. There are usually dolphins to be seen here and Craig yr Adar (Bird Rock) is one of Wales' top ten seabird breeding colonies. See 3,000 guillemots on the ledges and also fulmars, razorbills and kittiwakes. The return is by quiet country lanes.

My family enjoyed this lovely walk during Christmas week 2004. It is a very good taster for walk ID 1449 and a good short walk to blow away the cobwebs! Our Labrador managed all the stiles with ease, though we did keep him on the lead along some of the coastal path to prevent him from jumping off the cliffs! Sylvia Saunders
