This walk takes in at least three nature reserves and visits some ancient monuments. Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber dates from 3500BC, Nevern Church has a bleeding yew tree and a Celtic Cross, while nearby is the Pilgrim's Cross carved in the rock.

At point 10 there is now a tea room at Wenallt Farm. Very nice sandwiches and cakes. Be very careful on the A487, very busy winding road and the grass verge only takes you so far. There are times when you have to walk on the road and there are not many places for you stand in from fast moving traffic.
