The walk is a pleasant one with both sea and land, with lots of interesting features, birds and plant life.

You arrive at the Nature Park, where there is plenty of car parking space (pay-and-display but it is not very expensive and does have free parking for disabled). There are toilets and a refreshments van, with food and drinks hot and cold, again not expensive. This van is on site summer and winter from Wednesday to Sunday and the proprietor is a very friendly and helpful person.

The walk is very gentle and as you walk you have the sea to one side and the Nature Park to the other. Along the walk there is a great variety of plants, trees and birds and if you are lucky you can see a few of the animals that live there, including ponies and Highland cattle. If you like a nice easy walk at one with nature, this is for you.
