Pollença – Fartáritx d'en Vila, with Cuculla de Fartáritx Climb Option
Beginning in the centre of the delightful old town of Pollença, the hike takes us along the Torrent de la Vall d'en Marc and beautiful unspoilt countryside full of olives, almonds and fig trees. Later we begin to climb steadily at the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, eventually reaching the seemingly abandoned farmhouse Fartaritx Gran. From here we make our way much more easily westwards to arrive at another abandoned farmhouse, Fartaritx d'en Vila. From here there is the option to continue to climb up to the summit of Cuculla de Fartaritx (see additional information). After enjoying the truly wonderful scenery surrounding us, we can enjoy a different perspective as we retrace our outward footsteps to Pollença.
