This is a beautiful, long day walk with stunning views into the valleys on either side and sea panoramas throughout the whole walk. You start from the hill village of Polopos and cross to the next valley and the abandoned XVII Century village of Molino de Las Castillas, then climb up the far side of the valley and up the ridge to Haza del Lino. You return down the old donkey trail through vine fields and almond groves to Popolos. In the spring you are surrounded by wild orchids, lavender, lupin, cistus (rock roses), rosemary and thyme, making this one of the most rewarding walks in the area.
